CARTM Recycling is a unique combination of services at one location designed to reduce waste by encouraging recycling and reuse. We operate a recycling center where users can deposit items in 35 categories. We have a resale store stocked with treasures such as reclaimed building materials, hardware, books, toys, kitchen items and furniture. And we manage the Manzanita transfer station for solid waste.

CARTM is located between Manzanita and Nehalem and near Nehalem Bay State Park on the north Oregon coast.
