Board and staff

Our board of directors reflects the talent, experience and diversity of our community.

Mark Beach, chair
  Mark is a retired technical writer who has volunteered at Cart’m since 1992 and served on the board since 2005. While living in Neahkahnie, he has also served on the boards of the Rinehart Clinic and Manzanita Library and advisory committees for Oregon State Parks, North County Recreation District and Tillamook State Forest.

Susan Walsh, vice-chair
  Susan is a commercial artist who served on the Cart’m founding board in the 1990s. Her current board terms began in 2007.

Jackie McCrady, secretary
  Jackie is a retired college administrator elected to the board in 2005. She also serves on the board of the Nehalem Valley Historical Society and volunteers for the Food Bank.
 
Cathy Silver, treasurer
  Cathy manages the offices of Weyerhauser lumber mill in Warrenton. She has served on the Cart’m board since 2000 and was chair for four years. Cathy also coordinates Trash Bash.

John Longfellow
 
John owns Longfellow Construction in Nehalem. He was elected to the board in 2009.

Anne Osborn-Coopersmith
  Anne is a retired librarian who has volunteered at Cart’m since 2001 and was elected to the board in 2008. She also chairs the board of Tillamook County Library and has served on the board of the Hoffman Center.

Victoria Stoppiello
  Victoria is a non-profit executive who has served on several boards in Oregon and Washington. She was elected to the Cart’m board in 2009.

Karen Reddick-Yurka
  Karen is a bookkeeper elected to the Cart’m board in 2007. She also serves on the Manzanita Planning Commission and the Nehalem Bay Emergency Planning Board.
